Female Art Market
Female Art Market (FAM) offers female artists the opportunity to present themselves and their works. We only represent professional female artists whose high-quality work has already been shown in numerous exhibitions. Galleries appear unfamiliar and unreachable to many people, however we think that art should be accessible to everyone. Female Art Market offers personal consulting services for buyers and collectors - or those aspiring to be - and manages the entire acquisition process (purchase, dispatch, mounting instructions, etc.)

FAQs
How are the works of art selected for FAM?
We meet with the artists and choose the works of art together. Primarily the idea is to make art accessible to everyone and especially to promote the artists from the region.
How do I see whether a work of art is unique, limited or an edition?
In the product information of every art work it is clearly indicated which type it is. You can also apply the filter function to search for the type of art you desire.
What is unique?
A unique piece is a work of art that only exists once. For example, a painting is only painted once or a photograph is developed only once in its present form. With a unique work of art, you buy a one-of-a-kind masterpiece.
What is a limitation?
In the case of a limitation edition, a work of art is reproduced but in a strictly limited quantity.
What is an edition?
An edition is a limited work of art, which was limited to a certain quantity by the artists themselves.
Can I visit the work of art anywhere?
The works of art can be viewed in our showroom by appointment.
How do I book an art consultation?
An appointment can be requested by email at any time.
Where can I see the exact dimensions and sizes of the works of art?
The size of the artwork is shown on the product detail page.
How can I order a work of art?
After you made your choice, you can send us an inquiry with your watch list.
How much are the shipping costs?
The shipping costs are calculated individually for each item. The delivery costs include the packaging material and delivery costs within Switzerland, Austria and Germany. There are no additional fees – such as customs or administrative costs.
How is the shipment carried out?
Our artworks are sent securely and are covered by insurance. The shipment is handled by DHL or DPD.
How will the artwork be packaged?
The artworks are sent securely and are covered by insurance. We do our best to pack the artworks carefully and label the packages with a note for the post office, to handle it with care. Framed artworks are shipped in a securely padded package.
Single unframed artworks are shipped in a secure mailing roll, which provides optimal protection.
How do I become part of the FAM network?
Just write us an email. We are always happy to meet new professional artists, who already have some exhibition experience. We visit you personally in your studio and take the time to select the right artworks for the online gallery.
